The legal and regulatory framework that governs listed companies conduct  and compliance requires interpretation in order to be implemented in a satisfactory and practical manner. The European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) equals growth companies with megafirms. Basically the small companies on the growth markets abide by the same rules as the big outfits on Large Cap.

 

MAR is vague in its nature. There are no ready answers, it´s always case by case. It boils down to an assessment of circumstances, current market situation, impact on the individual company and a number of other, sometimes unexpected highly relevant factors. This is my turf.
