Board Capacity

Ambitious companies with potential to grow and contemplating the possibility of turning to the growth industry in search of capital and a listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, Spotlight Stock Market or NGM´s Nordic MTF are in need of guidance, experience and contacts in a somewhat tricky and confusing environment. My formal experience of board work is limited, but I have been involved in hundreds of listings on both sides of the fence and the legal and regulatory framework are my home ground. Most important though is that I know “everybody” in the Swedish growth industry and therefore I am confident that I can contribute to a successful growth journey.
